What is the Impact Archetype Assessment?
The Impact Archetype Assessment is an engaging personality test for your organisation. As a leader, it enables you to uncover your organization’s core archetype(s), revealing how you are currently driving transformation and impact in your ecosystem. It is a journey of self and collective reflection that empowers teams to align their organisation’s inherent strengths with its mission, forge the right strategic partnerships, and realise the full potential for impact.

How It Works
Take the assessment (15 minutes). Respond to 50 carefully crafted statements about your organisation’s priorities and actions. Rate each on a scale from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree, reflecting on what truly defines your work.
Uncover your archetype. Score your responses to reveal your organisation’s dominant impact archetype (out of eight) and secondary archetypes. Each comes with a detailed description to guide your strategy.
